Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). If any of your questions are not listed here, feel free to contact us here.

Customers who are intending to customise their phone cases, please send the required photos to admin@lemmeprint.com. Please be sure that the photo is of High Resolution and it is not in square dimension as the photo will become stretchy in order to fit in to the case.

LemmePrint accepts Paypal, DBS Paylah!, ATM Transfer & iBanking.

Items will be mailed out within 2-5 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery will be carried out every weekend. Parcels normally take 3-10 working days to arrive locally via SingPost.

If you order casings without stating the colour of the casing, Lemmeprint will choose the colour casing base on the availability of the colours and the best colour to go along with the design. Exchange and Refunds are not allowed.

In the unlikely event of incorrect items received, please drop us an email with a snapshot of the item received and send the items back in their original packaging. LEMMEPRINT will bear the postage costs for mailing you the correct items. All incorrect items must be mailed back within 7 days, unused. If the items are found to be unsatisfactory conditions for exchange, we reserve the rights to reject the request. 

If you receive an item with defects, please drop us an email with a snapshot of the defect and send the items back in their original packaging. We will bear the postage costs for mailing you a brand new item. All defected items must be mailed back within 7 days, unused.

Due to inevitable differences in monitor settings, pictures may not reflect 100 % of the items themselves. LEMMEPRINT will not be responsible for any slight deviation in colours or details between product description and actual product.
